SMS Notifications
Always Open sends SMS messages to business clients who have opted in to receive lead alert notifications.
- SMS alerts are sent only to clients who have explicitly opted in via our onboarding form
- Message frequency varies based on inbound call volume — typically 1–5 messages per day
- Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message

- Synthflow — AI voice agent infrastructure
- Twilio — SMS delivery
- Google — data storage (Google Sheets)
- Make (Integromat) — workflow automation
- Anthropic — AI analysis and call summarization
Data Retention
We retain call data, transcripts, and lead information for the duration of your service agreement and up to 12 months following termination. SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of 4 years as required by applicable regulations.
